1. Make sure the male plugs are all the way into both your phone, Xbox, or PC and your headset. Sometimes a cell phone case may get in the way of the jack fully connecting, so try it without a case if you have one.
2. Try switching your headset and mic lines. Pink should be for the headset microphone and green for the headset audio.
3. Test the adapter on a different phone that has a similar jack.
4. Sometimes headsets have a volume knob. Turn it up and test the headset on another decice such as your computer or other phone, then try again with the adapter.

If you ordered the wrong item or want to return it, just return your Headset Buddy to the address above and once we receive it we will issue a full refund minus S&H. If we shipped you the wrong product, please contact us and we will ship you the correct item immediately.

What shipping method do you use and how do I track my shipment?

To keep shipping costs low for you, we primarily ship US Postal First Class.

When your order shipped you should receive an email with a delivery confirmation number. Copy that number and paste it into Google search. Google will automatically determine the carrier and provide a link to the tracking page. IMPORTANT: USPS does not offer real-time tracking, only delivery confirmations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally to most North American, European countries plus Japan, and Australia. When you place your order, just select your country and our system will estimate shipping charges based on your exact address. Please be aware that to keep shipping costs low for you, for orders under $100 we ship US Postal First Class International which can take anywhere from 5-15 business days depending on your country. For orders over $100 we will use USPS Priority, UPS, or Fedex, depending on your location. When your order shipped you should receive an email with a delivery confirmation number. Does the Phone Headset to PC Adapter (01-PH25-PC35 or 01-PH35-PC35) work with Mac computers?

I see two or items on your site that have similar descriptions, are they different?

In most cases no. Just be carefully looking at the plug sizes to make sure you order the right one. We list the same product under different titles or Item # to make it easier for you to find our adapters in search engines. Will I hear sound out of both ears with my binaural or stereo headset (headset that covers both ears)?

Yes. All our adapters are designed to work with both monaural (headset covers one ear) and binaural (headset covers both ears) headsets. If you have a binaural stereo headset you will hear sound out of both ears.

Will the audio coming out of my headset be mono or stereo?

Each Headset Buddy model is different, so look for specific information on the product page. It also depends on the device your plugging into. For example, almost all 2.5mm phones are mono, so you can only hear mono sound (however you will hear sound in both ears if you have a binaural headset that covers both ears. However, PCs are have stereo sound, so you will hear stereo sound with our adapters that plug into PCs. Here is a quick summary of the sound you will hear:
